Personal Training
I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and flexibility coach with over 15 years of experience training clients in HIIT, strength, sculpt,and aerobics classes— from big gyms like Equinox, NYSC, online platforms such as FitXr and Balanced Health to independent coaching. My sessions are personal, fun and 100% focused on YOU!!!
I offer both in-person and online training, flexible, effective and built around your schedule.
